Cannington Shaw Bottle Shop Project, St. Helens, Merseyside

The project is being championed by an active group of community members and advised by the St. Helens Heritage Network. Caroline is a volunteer Project Manager, acting Secretary and future Trustee of the Cannington Shaw Preservation Trust. She is also a member of the Princes Trust Heritage Regeneration Forum, BRICK, and will have a dedicated role liaising with Historic England and the private sector owners, securing charitable status and sourcing funding/mentorship opportunities.

In August 2015 she organised two public meetings to raise the profile of Cannington Shaw and open up community consultation.  A Friends of Cannington Shaw Facebook Community Page was subsequently established so that dialogue with the St.Helens community could continue.
